Library looking out to St Patrick’s Cathedral

For Rokos Capital Management’s new New York office, we looked to the immediate surroundings for inspiration. The clean, modern architecture of Olympic Tower sits directly beside the crafted detail of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, creating a contrast that became the starting point for the interior. We translated that idea through a mix of crisp metal and glass with warm wood and richly figured natural stone, creating a workplace that feels both contemporary and grounded. Alongside the open trading floor and executive spaces, the design incorporates flexible meeting areas, fitness room, and amenities that give the team places to focus, connect, and recharge.

Served as the design lead working under the design principal’s guidance throughout the project, from the initial design pitch through construction administration.
